in Euro progettazione ed una giornata dedicata alle tecniche di elaborazione del budget e alla

gestione amministrativa del progetto. Ogni giornata prevede una sessione teorica ed

un’esercitazione pratica.

A coach is a person who is able to observe your performance and give a personalized training that will improve

your performance.  Coaching is a way of effectively empower people to find their own answers and encourage and support them on their path to make live-giving and life-changing choices.’

General Objective: to train and empower educators (youth workers, trainers, coaches, teachers,... ) in using coaching skills and competences that are usable in a professional and in life in general in a non-formal and experiential way.

Specific objectives:

- to identify coaching techniques and approaches that are suitable for you;

- to make sure your client is working during the session;

- to improve connection with others and generate trust.

-  to make a distinction between the part (role) of the coach and role (part) of the client in the coaching process;

- to evaluate your results as a coach;

- to help you be more successful in your current role;

-  to assist you in helping others be more successful in their roles;

-  to set and achieve desired goals and outcomes as a professional coach.

-  to match your communication to the person you are having the conversation with.

-  to become more efficient in the activities you facilitate and how to create your desired impact.

-  to identify and clarify misunderstandings in communication.

The Practicing Coaching Training Course is a 5 days international course designed with the aim of facilitating personal and professional growth for people who are involved or interested in coaching. The program of this training is composed with experiential learning and is available to everyone regardless of their professional background.

Feeling comfortable in the role of a coach comes to some people more easily than the others, but it is, in its core, a talent that can be developed and practiced.

The coaching methods will incorporate learning by doing or learning by experiencing.

In this training we will explore the dynamics of how to establish better communication with others, both internally and externally.

Dates: 23 October (arrival) till 28 October (departure)

Methodology 
The training methodology will be:
• Based on non-formal education principles

The program generally consists of 7 to 9 hours of activities and practice per day, but it is usually adapted to the

needs of the group. From the first day there will be time for practicing and there will be daily coaching sessions

for this, where you can implement the received input.

Intuition

There is a common awareness about living in the here and now; future and past are the background contexts in

which actions in the here and now become meaningful. In this training you learn how to work in the here and now

using your intuition as a base tool.

Backtracking

Backtracking offers a simple technique, which brings forward what is unsaid, keeps the flow of the conversation

and encourages smoothly the expression of the coachee.

Reflecting on feelings

This technique offers a simple way through which a coach can show empathy and deep understanding towards the

coachee.

Content and context refraiming

A way of changing the conceptual or emotional viewpoint of the coachee towards a situation and placing it in a different

frame fitting the facts of another situation equally well.

Lazy Coach

A state of mind that we reside in, when we get comfortable doing nothing, in which we demonstrate a lack of response to requests.

State Management

How to create a state as a coach in order to work out of it in a coaching conversation. How to create the required

state and how to let it go.

Behavioural coaching

In broad terms it is a way of coaching that has behaviour as a starting point. It can be formulated in creative

assignments, using the natural environment of the coachee, or assemble an assignment that involves a wide range

of activities.

Observation technique

An important basic skill for coaching is observation: listening, seeing and sensing. The more you know, the more

you are aware of where to look, listen and what to sense. This part is given a great deal of attention and will return in

many other parts of the training.

Meditation

Through silence and awareness of yourself there is already plenty to discover, as coachee as well as coach. Feelings,

thoughts and physical awareness can lead to insights and new behaviour. As a coach, you learn a few straightforward

techniques that can easily be used in all kinds of settings in your personal and professional environment.

Systemic work

This is an attitude/approach through which you view the consistency of the whole. The cohesion of different parts of

the system is examined and the systemic principles are applied there.

• support people with working effectively in a multicultural team

Facilitator of learning is Olimpia Becheru. She has participated at many international coach trainings in Holland, Iceland and Belgium and at The Institute for Coaching & NLP, Allenati per Eccellenza, Milan, Italy which is accreditated at ICF. She is project manager UE and administrator of B&B Consulting.

Participation fee

For this training there is a participation fee of 375 €.

The participation fee for people living in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, France, Norway,

Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland and Switzerland is of 420 €.

Participants take care of their own travel expenses.

We Are Romania !

August 24, 2016. Hour 3.36. The earth has been shaken in the areas of central Italy, which leave no building standing. Screams, cries, cold night. Two days ago I buried the man who was everything for me. I was still under the shock of the death and the loss of my dear lover, and then another shock. God, how much suffering!
People from civil protection, military, ordinary people dug through rubble with their hands that they could save lives. I was  impressed by a girl, Giulia, who was rescued a dog trained for proper such disasters. Unfortunately her sister could not be saved. The  team was in tears. They have saved a life. Viva la vita!

Have you ever imagined that you could be any of you in this situation? I do. And I shuddered. I think I'm more aware  today that we  can  laugh,  work,  travel,  doing whatever we want and overnight collapse altogether and we can not be. It is so little distance between life and death as you can not imagine.
In the state of shock that I was, I felt the need to do something, how can I help the people. It was not easy, but when you want to do something you do it. Otherwise everything comes naturally. I thought Emilio would have thought about it like me and would have done the same. I talked to friends in my country and in Europe who asked me to do something to help those who are hit by this calamity. I thought at the poor Romanians who came to work in Italy, have died here. 11 Romanians died and five are injured. In total there are 290 dead. I called the Romanian consulates in Turin and Bologna, the Romanian Embassy in Rome, but they were overwhelmed by the situation. Embassy when I called they  told me that they had to send staff to the morgue to identify the dead Romanians.
I was  looking for ideas, my thoughts came in a heap in mind. Then I asked Emilio to help me ..... and I remembered Mr. Liviu Marian Pop that I met at the Romanian Embassy in Rome two years ago when we signed a partnership contract for  European platform " We Are Romania". I contacted immediately and I said that  I wanted to help Romanians in Italy, but I do not know how. The answer came immediately, without hesitation. He has a foundation  called Liviu Marian Pop Foundation based in Baia Mare, Romania. He  suggested me to find an Italian partner that will be able to manage money from donations in Italy. So I remembered a friend of Emilio who  was very close last time to me, Giorgio Ventura,  president CICAS Italy (union of entrepreneurs, traders, tourism and crafts) which has branches all over Italy. I contacted him and he agreed to sign a partnership contract with the Foundation Liviu Marian Pop. Through this partnership were opened two special accounts for donations: one in Romania and one in Italy. Thus donated money in Romania in the account of Foundation Liviu Pop will be transferred into the account CICAS which will find Romanian families in the affected area and they will give money for the needs of strict necessity (drugs, treatments, medical tests, fees and materials for children at school, psychologist support, etc.).
I saw now on the embassy website news like the Romanian state will help Romanians who suffered from the earthquake. Romanian families affected by the earthquake will have to meet a lot of cumbersome procedures to receive help from the Romanian state. Until then, we can help us, as we can.
I beg you from deep of my heart to  not let the Romanians feel alone.

Romania Siamo NOI!

24 agosto 2016. Ora 3.36. La terra è stata scossa nelle aree del centro Italia che non lasciano nessun edificio in piedi. Urla, grida, notte fredda. Due giorni fa ho sepolto l'uomo che era tutto per me. Ero ancora sotto lo shock della morte e del dolore di perdita il mio caro, e poi un altro shock. Dio, quanta sofferenza! Guardando telegiornale  ho visto delle persone provenienti da protezione civile, militari, gente comune che hanno scavato tra le macerie con le mani per poter salvare vite umane. Mi ha colpito una ragazza, Giulia, che è stata salvata da un cane addestrato per questi tipi di situazioni. Purtroppo la sorella non hanno potuto salvarla. La gente era con gli occhi in lacrime. Hanno salvato una vita. Viva la vita!

Avete mai immaginato che si potrebbe trovare qualcuno di voi in questa situazione? Io si. E ho avuto un brivido. Penso che sono più consapevole che oggi possiamo ridere, mantenere il lavoro, continuare a viaggiare, continuiamo a fare tutto ciò che vogliamo e in una notte crolla tutto e noi non possiamo essere. E 'così poca distanza tra la vita e la morte, come non si può immaginare.

Nello stato di shock che ero, ho sentito il bisogno di fare qualcosa, come posso aiutare. Non è stato facile, ma quando vuoi fare qualcosa lo fai. Il resto viene naturale. Ho pensato che  Emilio avrebbe pensato come me e avrebbe fatto lo stesso. Ho parlato con gli amici dal mio paese e dal Europa, che mi hanno pregato di fare qualcosa per aiutare coloro che sono colpiti da questa calamità. Ho pensato ai poveri romeni che vengono a lavorare in Italia, già morti qui. 11 romeni sono morti e cinque sono feriti. In totale ci sono 290 morti. Ho chiamato i consolati romeni da Torino e Bologna, l'ambasciata romena a Roma, ma sono stati travolti dalla situazione. Ambasciata, quando ho chiamato, mi ha detto che dovevano  inviare il personale all'obitorio per identificare i romeni morti.

Ero alla ricerca di idee, i miei pensieri sono venuti in un mucchio in mente. Poi ho chiesto a Emilio l'aiuto ..... e mi sono ricordata di Sgr. Liviu Marian Pop che ho incontrato presso l'Ambasciata romena a Roma due anni fa, quando ho firmato un contratto di partenariato per la piattaforma europea "Romania Siamo Noi !". L'ho contattato subito e ho detto che volevo aiutare i romeni in Italia, ma non so come. La risposta è arrivata subito, senza esitazioni. Lui ha una fondazione che si chiama  Fondazione Marian Liviu Pop con sede a Baia Mare, Romania. Mi ha suggerito di trovare un partner italiano, che sarà in grado di gestire il denaro da donazioni in Italia. Così mi sono ricordata di un amico di Emilio che è stato molto vicino negli ultimi tempi a me, Giorgio Ventura, che è presidente CICAS Italia (sindacato di imprenditori, commercianti, artigiani e turismo), che ha filiali in tutta Italia. L'ho contattato e lui ha accettato di firmare un accordo di partnership con la Fondazione Liviu Marian Pop. Grazie a questa collaborazione sono stati aperti due conti speciali per le donazioni: uno in Romania e uno in Italia. Così i soldi donati in Romania in conto della Fondazione Liviu Pop saranno trasferiti sul conto CICAS che  individuerà le famiglie romene nella zona colpita e che vi darà i soldi per le esigenze di stretta necessità (farmaci, trattamenti, medici test, tasse e materiali per i bambini per la scuola, sopporto psicologo, ecc).

Ho visto ora sul sito dell'ambasciata romena come lo stato romeno aiuterà i romeni che hanno sofferto dal terremoto. Le  famiglie romene colpite dal terremoto dovranno incontrare un sacco di procedure ingombranti a ricevere aiuti da parte dello Stato romeno. Fino ad allora, siamo in grado di aiutarci, come possiamo noi.

Lancerò una chiamata dal tutto il cuore di non lasciare che i romeni si sentono soli.
